HB 79 – relative to certification of dogs for law enforcement work.

This bill allows dogs to be certified for law enforcement work by the New England State Police Administrators Compact for purposes of the limitation on liability for injuries caused by dogs used in law enforcement work.

HB 57 – establishing a committee to study the penalties for menace, nuisance, or vicious dogs

This bill establishes a committee to study the penalties for menace, nuisance, or vicious dogs.

HB 30 – relative to reciprocity for licensure by the board of veterinary medicine.

This bill allows persons who received a certificate from PAVE, the Program for the Assessment of Veterinary Education Equivalence, to apply for license reciprocity with the board of veterinary medicine.
