Thank you. The House Criminal Justice Committee voted 17-2 to recommend that HB 220 (civil forfeiture process) be “Inexpedient to Legislate.”  The House is expected to vote on the recommendation on March 24th.
The collective time, effort and work that folks put into helping to defeat HB 220 and HB 337 was very effective!
